  • Are Georgie & Lottie Co. canvases hand-painted?

    Yes! Every single Georgie & Lottie canvas is painted by hand by skilled artisans.
    Because of this, small variations may occur — consider it part of the charm that makes your canvas one-of-a-kind.

  • What size mesh do you offer?

    We offer canvases in 13 mesh and 18 mesh.

  • Do the canvases come with thread?

    Select canvases are available with curated thread kits. If a design offers a kit option, you’ll see it directly on the product page. We currently kit with premium fibers only.

  • Can I request a color change?

    At this time, we don’t alter colors on our designs. Each palette is intentionally created to keep that Georgie & Lottie signature look.

  • Are the designs beginner friendly?

    Yes! Many of our small canvases are perfect for new stitchers. Check out our beginner friendly canvases HERE!

  • Where do you ship?

    Right now, Georgie & Lottie ships within the United States only.
    We hope to expand in the future, but at this time we do not offer international shipping.

  • How long does it take for my order to ship?

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday.
    (Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.)

  • How do I finish my canvas once it’s stitched?

    You can take your completed canvas to any professional finisher. We also offer some leather items so you can self-finish.

  • Will all my items ship together?

    Yes, your order will ship in one package.

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    Not at this time, but we are keeping a list of interested needlepoint shops. Please send us an email at hello@georgieandlottie.com and we’ll add you to the list!

  • Do you accept returns?

    Every Georgie & Lottie canvas is painted by hand, which means each piece is truly unique. Because our products are created in small batches and individually crafted, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

    However, your experience matters to us.

    If your order arrives with an issue — like damage in transit or an error with what you received — please let us know so we can make it right.

    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with any concerns.
    Include your order number and a photo if applicable, and we’ll take care of you.
