Shipping & Processing
Where do you ship?
Right now, Georgie & Lottie ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand in the future, but at this time we do not offer international shipping.
What are your shipping rates?
We keep it simple with a flat $9.95 shipping fee on all U.S. orders.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday.
(Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.)
As soon as your order heads out the door, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Can you help with lost, stolen, or delayed packages?
Once your package has been handed off to USPS, delivery is out of our hands.
Georgie & Lottie is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
If something seems off with your tracking, we recommend contacting USPS directly for the fastest help.

Refund Policy
Every Georgie & Lottie canvas is painted by hand, which means each piece is truly unique. Because our products are created in small batches and individually crafted, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, your experience matters to us.
If your order arrives with an issue — like damage in transit or an error with what you received — please let us know so we can make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with any concerns.
Include your order number and a photo if applicable, and we’ll take care of you.
